About the role:

As a Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for the performance and operational running of multiple stores across a region.

As a senior leader within Coles Group, you'll enable your team of Store Managers to focus on delivering a store experience where customers are inspired every time they shop.

You'll be responsible for developing your team to maximise business growth and implement the retail strategy within your region. You'll drive a consistent approach across stores and innovate to bring change to the business.


About you and your skills:


  • Proven operational leadership experience across multiple sites varying in size, format and performance
  • A deep understanding of store operations and retail
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large teams Strong financial acumen and drive to meet and exceed commercial targets
  • To be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
  • Ability to look ahead, energise your team and deliver with pride


Play an important part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, by helping your local Coles store receive the right products at the right time.


In this role, you'll make sure our store receives the right stock for our customers, by acting as the checkpoint for our grocery deliveries.

With a great eye for detail, you'll track, check, weigh and count deliveries from our suppliers and then make sure they land in the right department in store.


About you and your skills:


  • An eye for detail and accuracy
  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace
  • You'll be the goto person for delivery queries, so you'll need to know your stuff
  • To be active you'll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
  • Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including early mornings, evenings and weekends)
