The Role:

Responsibilities:

Endtoend recruitment including advertising, talent management, talent pools and offer management as well as direct recruitment procedures and compliance and overall support to hiring managers.
Manage recruitment activity in conjunction with internal stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach.

Skills and Experience:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Previous experience in employee engagement methods and building talent pools
