We have an exceptional opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist/Front of House person to manage the reception area and collaborate with all departments within this global organisation.

Based in Brisbane's CBD, you will be the go-to person for their clients and amazing team, making this role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys being the face and voice of the business.

Here you will use your exceptional people and strong organisational skills to ensure their clients are beautifully looked after. This role offers variety, allowing you to showcase your strong multi-tasking abilities as you manage a busy reception area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage the Reception area and meeting rooms and ensure they are immaculate
Meet, greet and look after clients
Answer incoming calls
Set up meeting rooms including organising catering etc
Maintain kitchen and handle groceries stocktake and ordering
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Expense claim reconciliations
Assist with database updates
Ad hoc administrative tasks
