A great opportunity currently exists for a legal practitioner with at least one year of post-admission experience to join our pre-eminent Health Disputes team in Perth.
Working in a supportive, flexible and close-knit team, you will be solution-driven, commercial and pragmatic, and focused on understanding our clients' needs.
What you need
- have at least one year of technical experience with health-related disputes, preferably in medical malpractice claims;
- have practised in the District Court, Supreme Court and/or State Administrative Tribunal;
- can explain complex issues to clients clearly and concisely;
- have technical excellence;
- have a strong client focus and a demonstrated focus on forming enduring relationships with clients and industry experts;
- thrive in a highly collaborative environment;
- take pride in their work and who they work for.
While experience in medical malpractice is preferred, applicants with at least one year of technical insurance claims experience are encouraged to apply.
