As a result of growth and internal promotion, this leading Medical Insurance company is seeking two permanent Member Service Specialists to join their team.

Priding itself on building expert professionals, this business heavily focuses on training, developing, and promoting their staff.


The Role:

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will focus on building key relationships with members and servicing their queries.


Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound call volume.
  • Responding to queries from members in written form.
  • Keeping accurate and uptodate records of members' queries.
  • Managing your work in accordance with the business's processes, compliance, and legislative requirements.
  • Providing members with an update to date information regarding their membership.
  • Continuously looking for processes to improve the overall service of members.

To Be Successful:


  • You must communicate well both verbal and written
  • Worked previously in a customerfocused role, either over the phone or in person
  • Thrive working in a fastpaced, fun environment
  • Present as a motivated and empathetic individual
