Medium-Density Townhouses- Longterm, careerbuilding role
With a growing profile in Melbourne's medium density market, our client is an established builder with a great reputation.
Due to the beginning of a new stage of work and recent Medium Density project wins, they are looking to engage an experienced Site Supervisor for an immediate, permanent start.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing the finishes across 35 townhouses within a large resi development.
In addition to this, you will have:
- Excellent trade relationships
- 25 years mediumdensity experience
- A strong trackrecord of ontime, onbudget project delivery
- Easy access to the South Eastern suburbs
