You'll work closely with our team of skilled movers, coordinating schedules, overseeing quality control, and ensuring that every move goes smoothly.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead and manage a team of operations supervisors and frontline staff.
• Monitor and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the safety and security of goods.
• Optimise resource allocation to meet customer demand while controlling expenses.
• Ensure that you comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and financial metrics.
• Foster a culture of safety and professionalism within the team.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
• Efficiently allocate personnel, equipment, and storage space to meet customer demand while optimising costs.

• 4+ years of experience as Operations Manager (Logistics/storage/removals industry HIGHLY regarded)
• Highly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Specific Warehouse Management System skills and exposure to WH&S requirements
• Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, WMS)
• Awareness of current logistics systems, materials handling equipment and providers
• Forklift License would be beneficial (not essential)
