Support students who are disengaged from mainstream education, this small but growing school ensures students are involved in the decision-making process to improve outcomes and looks to re-engage young people with education in a supportive environment and provide them with the ability to participate in further education, training or employment.


Specifically, small class sizes that are designed to provide focused and dedicated education to students and they are provided meals daily, educational programs aligned with the Australian curriculum, pathways for universities or trade and weekly excursions for personal development.


Staff are passionate, devoted and student-centric with an emphasis on ensuring all students are provided with a quality education aligned with their goals.


The Role

  • Teach Secondary
    Science Teacher at an incredible Special Assistance School
  • Open to teachers with experience in upper primary, junior or middle secondary years
  • Support student literacy and numeracy delivered with creativity and flair
  • Experience in special needs is greatly welcomed
  • Offered on a fulltime, permanent basis to commence in Term 1, 2023 in Brisbane's Southern Suburbs

About You:


  • Have a completed Bachelor of Education or equivalent
  • Be a registered teacher with QCT (or be eligible)
  • Be passionate and creative with a genuine interest in individual student success
