About you
To be considered for this role you will have at least 5+ years' experience as a Paralegal dealing with large scale leasing transactions.
- Previous experience as a Leasing Paralegal
- Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and manage your time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and also as part of a team
Your role
Due to an increase in new client work, this newly created role will be working as part of a high performing and growing team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your own leasing files including:
- Preparing, negotiating, and finalising leases for our landlord clients
- Communicating directly with clients, tenants, agents, and legal professionals
