Marketing Manager
- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies aligned with our business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Analyse campaign data to measure effectiveness and make datadriven improvements.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to optimise ROI.
- Develop productled marketing strategies to generate traffic and user engagement on our newly developed app.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, e.g. Sales to generate highquality leads and drive revenue, Tech/Product to improve our website and integrate growth features within the app, fostering user retention and expansion
- Design and refine PropHero's inbound lead generation framework, identifying the best acquisition and lead generation channels for PropHero
- Drive client acquisition, fueling the sales team with qualified leads
- Establish and monitor conversion KPIS to improve conversion rate
- Implement and maintain integrations between lead generation tools and our Sales & Marketing stack (Hubspot, Linkedin, Campaign automation, etc.)
What will make you succeed with us?

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

4+ years of experience in a Marketing management role in a fast-paced environment, leading, creating, and building strong and high performing teams.

2+ years of experience in Digital environments. We are a digital platform, working in a digital ecosystem and fully remote, although we have hubs in different countries.
- Proven experience in
developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Results oriented with excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive decision-making.

Proactivity and Autonomy. PropHero operates in a changing ecosystem, which implies being able to adapt quickly and having a positive and proactive attitude.

Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, and verbal communication. You will need to communicate with the team, suppliers and several other stakeholders. Native English is required

Experience in the property industry is preferred but not required.

Pay:
$71, $144,320.10 per year
