The Collaborative Transport Infrastructure Program (CTIP) will contribute to better performance in the implementation and delivery of the Queensland Transport and Roads Investment Program (QTRIP) and the Queensland Government's investment priorities.


The Program is delivering:

- an enhanced collaborative model including a procurement and contracting framework to enable the delivery of transport civil construction projects.
- implementation of consistent key result areas including the Transport Best Practice Industry Conditions (BPIC), and KRA measures that are aligned to government priorities.
- a strengthened focus on assurance and performance to optimise project delivery and reward good performance.
- a lasting legacy of a safer, inclusive and more sustainable industry - starting with a TMR-Infrastructure Industry Engagement Charter.


Accountabilities include:


  • Be responsible for tasks and activities as directed by the Director (Strategic Procurement), in one or more of the following:
  • Document management including preparing, and/or assisting in the preparation of, a suite of documents including reports, PPT presentations, briefing notes, submissions and correspondence in accordance with departmental standards and program/project documentation management standards and formatting.
  • Business support and administrative services for timely, professional and confidential executive administrative support including booking national and intrastate travel and accommodation.
  • Meetings, workshops and customer user group management including preparing, collating and disseminating consistently high quality and accurate paperwork and documents in a timely manner such as agendas, minutes, management and performance reports; making room bookings and preparing the room prior to meetings; administering attendee lists; and secretariat support as required, to support the effectiveness of these meetings.
  • Human Resources and Procurement administration of onboarding and off boarding including providing informative support about induction and timesheet management; preparing paperwork/documentation for procurement of office equipment and so on.
  • Finance activities including administering program expenditure, invoices, accounts receivable ensuring compliance with departmental financial standards and timeframes.
  • Be responsive to adhoc requests for support, including escalating to the Director for direction, to ensure the efficient management of requests so that high priority and/or critical issues are immediately directed with accompanying relevant background information to the appropriate officer for action.
  • Liaise with various levels of management, senior executives from public and private organisations, industry groups, suppliers and the Program team, as required to further progress work tasks and/or activities being undertaken.
  • Other accountabilities and tasks as reasonably directed.
This position reports to the Director (Strategic Procurement).
