About the role:


  • Reporting to the Community Manager, this is a parttime position working Monday-Thursday.
  • You will attend to various maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others
  • Liaise directly with staff to ensure maintenance tasks & projects undertaken are safe, aesthetically pleasing and timely
  • Be an approachable and friendly face to the residents as you attend to projects around the community
  • Oversee maintenance work undertaken by Contractors within the community
  • Complete adhoc tasks inline with your skills to ensure the community is operating smoothly

About you:


  • Experience in General Maintenance and Handy skills (required)
  • Current Police Check certificate (required, but we can complete for you)
  • Valid driver's licence (required)
