Description

This is a newly created role in the People & Culture team of this organisation which specialises in transition education.

The school provides a range of programs and services that align with the various diploma programs of a university.

Reporting to the Manager, Workplace Relations this role is responsible for partnering with key stakeholders and business units and deliver pragmatic operational and strategic advice across a broad range of workplace relations issues.

Through coaching and education, you will empower stakeholders and business units to drive key outcomes through timely feedback and issue management, plus the implementation of policies, procedures and systems that support our workplace relations agenda and objectives.

Experience working in the education sector will be highly regarded but not necessary, you will get to work with amazing leaders who care about their people in a collaborative team environment.
