Are you knowledgeable in automotive parts? Do you want a nationally recognised qualification in the automotive industry?


If you have the desire to work in the automotive industry and identify yourself as someone who has exceptional communication, customer service, and attention to detail, then secure your career in a specialised and rewarding area of the automotive industry as a Parts Interpreting/Sales Trainee.


About the Role:


  • Identify vehicle makes and individual components
  • Research catalogues or computer databases to locate parts
  • Process customer payments
  • Collect, pack, dispatch or deliver ordered automotive parts
  • Keep sales and stock records, prepare invoices
  • Completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Automotive Sales
  • Training delivered by an experienced automotive trainer
  • Receive fully reimbursed training fees
  • Ongoing support from a dedicated WPC Group mentor
  • This role is a fulltime role, paid at National Training Award rate

About You:


  • A passion for automotive and the desire to become a highly skilled and professional Parts Interpreter
  • Knowledge of vehicle parts
  • Manual Drivers licence
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, reliable and punctual
  • Strong organisational skills, prioritisation and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to a twoyear traineeship including practical studies
  • Selfmotivation and enthusiasm with a strong work ethic
