We are in search of a talented individual to fill the role of Design Sourcing Specialist for a luxury brand.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to kickstart their career in product development.


As a Design Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the seasonal Ready To Wear collections by sourcing and developing fabrics and trims for the luxury brand.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to input initial fabric and trim information
  • Manage fabric and trim purchase orders efficiently
  • Maintain and organise our Fabric and Trim Library
  • Creating artworks for prints, embroideries, and trims
  • Prepare seasonal fabric headers and assist in creating seasonal
  • Track and organise testing reports for fabrics and trims
  • Establish Intellectual Property Agreements for each fabric and trim

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A dynamic and energetic personality
  • Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ideally, a tertiary education in Fashion and/or Textiles
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics and trims with a passion for fashion
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
