THE ROLE
Fulcrum Suspensions has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Field Manager to join our dream team, looking after South Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Victoria workshops

We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and highly motivated individual with preferable experience in area management.

People looking to move up within the industry, and people outside the automotive industry with a drive to success are encouraged to apply.

In this role, you will be supporting Fulcrum Suspensions' Retail operations. You are providing essential support to Branch Managers and the Head Office. Overseeing multiple branches across QLD and VIC. You are to ensure all policies and procedures are in place to drive profits for the branches. Ideally, you'll be based in Brisbane, in one of our workshops. Due to the nature of this position, travel is required.


This is a great opportunity to use your skills and develop relationships with all branches to achieve results in a dynamic industry.

We are offering a fantastic remuneration package, quarterly incentive program, uniforms, fully maintained company vehicle.


The role includes, but is not limited to:
Positive brainstorming with Retail & Franchise team.
Regular visits to branches.
Support Branch Managers to achieve and exceed daily target & quarterly KPIs.
Pro-active in team building at stores & group's level.
Assist with staff recruitment and training.
Help with promotional activity, attend promotional events, 4x4 Shows.
Assist with inventory control and stocktake for branches.
Contribute to meetings.
Liaise between branches and head office.
Any other duties that may arise that will assist business growth.


Skills and Experiences:


ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Previous area management experience is highly regarded
  • Qualification in light vehicle mechanical and / or knowledge of motor vehicles is highly regarded, but not essential
  • Effective communication skills over the phone and in person
  • Ability to motivate a team
  • Ability to multitask, whilst maintaining high attention to detail
  • High level time management skills
  • Efficient working knowledge of computer systems and processes
  • Valid Driver's Licence
