THE ROLE:


Currently seeking a Program Manager to manage extensive consolidated supply programs covering all aspects of the GBP business under the current corporate structure, while working closely with PG/BL personnel in additional Sales, Technical Support and Product Teams.

In addition to this, responsibilities will include;
Provide Management structure to large ETO opportunities coming from FMG, RIO and BHP while working with the current PL/BL corporate structure
Contribute input into Commercial discussions and negotiations
Co-ordinate QOM, GQS, Proposals, Engineering, Projects, Procurements, Logistics, Technical Support, Installation and Commissioning [the TEAMS]
Provide single point of contact for Customer focus
Gather progress information and report to customer accordingly
Ensures overall compliance with sales process, proposal and risk management procedures in program opportunities
Ensures expertise support for problem and risk management to the TEAMS
Ensures contributions in Technical Knowledge Management transfer to the TEAMS

Provides high level management expertise in the area of trouble-shooting, process knowledge, technical incidents, operation and maintenance and warranty mitigation for respective events.

Covers technical warranty claims or customer complaint handling under the nominated program


THE PERSON:

In-depth Product Knowledge
Knowledge of MS suite of products
Sales Force knowledge
Demonstrable track record of strong commercial and project management acumen
Ability to read, interpret & use engineering drawings and specs
Customer oriented including high level communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines with limited resources
Strong team player
Ability to travel as required
