The agency has over 800 residential properties on their rent roll, and are locally situated around North Brisbane.

Due to progression and rapid growth within the team, our client are currently looking for a standout Assistant Property Manager to learn from the best and progress in their team.


The Role
-
1-1 support in place - learn from the best:

  • In and out of office duties
  • General administration
  • Entry, routine and exit inspections and reporting
  • Arrears management
  • Organising maintenance
  • Leasing duties
  • Taking general telephone enquiries
  • Preparation of contracts, Leases and new tenancy information
  • Database management
