Advantage Solar is an Australian owned solar retailer, with over 15 years experience in the manufacture, wholesale and installation of solar panels across Australia.

The position advertised is for an account coordinator providing day-to-day administrative support to our sales team to ensure smooth sales procedures.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Check the adequacy of sales related documentation and where necessary, retrieve relevant documents from clients
- Lodge paperwork with the relevant industry and government bodies
- Take inbound and outbound customer service calls from customers
- Complaint management
- Liaise with installers to assist with scheduling
- Customer retention
- Update internal databases with account information
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper preand postsales service
- Daily reporting of campaign results
- Work to monthly installation KPI's
- Management of company socials
- Identify shortfalls within the sales/customer service process and propose improvements
WHAT'S NEEDED FROM YOU
- Natural customer service skills with a strong work ethic
- Quick learner with high attention to detail
- Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator or Customer Service Manager
- Excellent computer skills covering MS office, CRM and excel
- Great organizational and timemanagement skills
- Strong communication skills with a problemsolving attitude

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Salary:
$60, $75,000.00 per year
