Role Purpose / Responsibilities:


This is an integral position within the HR Operations Team, responsible for the effective provision of HR advice and support to meet the operational needs of the Institute.

You will be the initial point of contact for a diverse client group (staff, students, visiting scientists, honorary appointees), and form productive working relationships with managers and staff.


About you:


Have you got 5+ years HR generalist experience and are looking to move onto your next challenge? We are seeking someone who has built a strong foundation in their HR career, is experienced in forming relationships with clients and has a good understanding of end to end HR processes.

You will be proficient in looking after a large client group, and have the communication and organisational skills to allow you easily step into this role.

You will uphold our values, and have a calm, professional, but efficient approach to your work.


Remuneration:
Salary range is $95,486 to $103,882 p.a. plus super and generous salary packaging. This is a full-time permanent position.
