My client is a dynamic and entrepreneurial property development business dedicated to creating luxury residential apartment and mixed use projects.

Based in the CBD, we are seeking an Executive Assistant for the Managing Director on a full-time basis.


Position Overview:

***This role plays a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the business.


Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including office administration, coordination of meetings, regular travel arrangements, event planning support, and more.


They are looking for an individual who is a self-starter, an effective communicator (in both English and Mandarin), and passionate about their presentation and work.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as the first point of contact for all the MD's communications, and prioritize these communications.
  • Coordinate management meetings, including agenda setting, recording, and tracking action items.
  • Drive interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage travel and accommodation requirements for the MD which will be on a regular basis both locally and to HK, Singapore & China. You will be required to travel with him on occasion.
  • Coordinate speaking engagements at various events, and act as the MD's representative when he is unable to attend.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Relevant degree and significant office management experience.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to manage the MD's diary effectively.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality.
  • Effective written and interpersonal communication skills in both English AND Mandarin is a MUST.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to new challenges.
  • Ability to take initiative and act independently to resolve issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and longterm relationships.
  • Demonstrable understanding of and commitment to the values and organizational objectives of the company.
The salary on offer is very competitive, likely to be in the range of $140 - $160k + bonus.
