Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for undertaking financial performance analysis, preparing and submitting budget phasings and finance journals in consultation with program areas, improving financial processes and supporting budget management reporting.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Assist with the review of costings for business areas under the relevant portfolio
- Maintenance of accurate data, records, databases and information management systems
- Prepare and submit budget phasings and finance journals as required
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Membership CPA, CA or equivalent is highly desirable
- Accounting Knowledge
- A sound understanding of the accounting principles and standards as applied in the government sector
