    The Company
    Our client is a not for profit organisation who have been serving the community for decades, specific providing services and support to the disadvantaged and homeless. Due to the growth and expansion of the business' offerings they are seeking an experienced Accountant within the NFP space to join the business into the future.

    The Role
    Reporting directly to the Finance Manager your key responsibilities will include:

    • Assisting with month and year end general ledger reconciliations
    • Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
    • Monthly cash flow reporting and forecasting
    • Any other general accounting and administration tasks as required
    • Assisting with accounts payable/receivable when required
    • Liaise with business stakeholders at all levels as required
    • Ability to lead and champion projects

    You must be a highly motivated CA/CPA Accounting professional with demonstrable previous experience working within an NFP environment.

    Individuals must be able to work autonomously, be disciplined in meeting important deadlines and liaise confidently with key stakeholders to assist with ongoing process improvement.

    This individual has to demonstrate experience working on financials from a previous commercial firm or Public Practice. You will be extremely adaptable and have capability to work on multiple tasks whilst meeting tight deadlines.
