The team are passionate about helping children and families achieve their full potential.
In this vital role your responsibilities will include:
- Work in partnership with families to deliver functional assessments, identify developmental concerns, and develop personalised plans to support children to achieve their goals, and actively participate in everyday activities.
- Work collaboratively within a team to create evidencedbased strategies to support early childhood development.
- Interact and build rapport with families and listen to the voice of the child.
- Connect and facilitate the inclusion of the child in community and mainstream settings.
- Coach families, carers and other professionals to build their capacity.
Qualifications:
In addition to a self-directed passion and drive to support children and their families within the community, we are seeking someone with a Bachelor or Masters degree in Allied Health or Education and Demonstrated experience working with families and young children with developmental delays/disabilities.
