Our Government client is looking for a Service Desk Team Lead to lead and manage a team of 6 Service Desk Analysts who provide internal IT Support to approximately 250 users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daytoday activities of the Service Desk team
- Manage and report on the performance of Service Desk support function
- Build strong relationships with management and key stakeholders within the business
- Undertake effective problem and risk management resolution using the ITIL framework
Key Skills:
- 4+ years working as a Service Desk Team Lead
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft client/server technologies
- Demonstrated experience in managing smallmedium size IT team
- Great leadership and management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a consultative approach
