Our Government client is looking for a Service Desk Team Lead to lead and manage a team of 6 Service Desk Analysts who provide internal IT Support to approximately 250 users.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the daytoday activities of the Service Desk team
  • Manage and report on the performance of Service Desk support function
  • Build strong relationships with management and key stakeholders within the business
  • Undertake effective problem and risk management resolution using the ITIL framework

Key Skills:


  • 4+ years working as a Service Desk Team Lead
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft client/server technologies
  • Demonstrated experience in managing smallmedium size IT team
  • Great leadership and management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a consultative approach
