Based in our Parramatta office, this fast paced and valued role will support our rapidly growing and market leading Sydney West Investment Services team.
You will provide daily administrative support to the National Director and team of agents, to assist with the coordination of sales and marketing initiatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your background in administration and organisation skills in this autonomous role.In this integral support role, you will be responsible for a wide range of assignments which includes:
- Coordinating the collation & preparation of reports, submissions, presentations, and other documentation.
- Word processing of handwritten and recorded property reports, submissions, quotes and work orders, letters, contracts, statutory and standard forms.
- Assisting the National Director and Sydney West team with actioning client requests and managing any client liaison as required.
- Maintenance of internal databases.
- Preparing for and attending weekly department meetings.
- Managing internal and external stakeholder engagement and correspondence.
Qualifications To meet the challenge of this varied role, you may have some or all of the following skills and experience**:
- Experience in a similar role, with some basic property related experience.
- Strong MS Office skills, in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Professional communication skills.
