An immediate requirement has emerged for an experienced and committed Sales Professional to join our Communities sales team on our Harpley project.


Harpley, a master planned community by Lendlease, is just 3.5km from Watton Street in Werribee CBD and 35km South West of Melbourne CBD.

This warm, welcoming lakeside neighborhood is a place with a strong sense of community, where everything you need is readily available.

Harpley will have it all, from schools and childcares, shops and essential services, to lakeside cafes and restaurants.

In this role, you'll be supporting the Sales Consultant to achieve sales and settlement targets of Land, House & Land packages and Medium Density townhouses including initiatives to improve customer satisfaction so we're looking for a strong proven performer who is highly organised and motivated to proactively engage with customers in their buying journey, create positive relationships and generate opportunities through to successful sales and settlements.


Excellent presentation skills and exceptional interpersonal skills will aid in the collaboration of solid stakeholder and customer relationships whilst supporting a close-knit team-based approach.

Proven experience in Land or Home Builder Sales and a current Real Estate Agent license or certificate is required. This must be complimented with a highly customer focused approach and attitude.
