The Opportunity

As a Retail Manager at Dexus you will be responsible for Macquarie Shopping Centre asset and be apart of the centre management team on site.

This role takes a lead on setting in place a retailer engagement strategy, with a high focus on communication.

You will make an impact by:

Continuously develop market performance and intelligence, understanding the centre's key performance indicators.
Setting in place retailer engagement strategy.
Establish relationships with retailers across the centre and ensure smooth communication.
Ensuring tenant compliance with legal documents.
Assist in forecasting and reporting across sales, arrears, conceession budgeting, turnover rent and reconciliations.-
Involvement with emergency planning and risk management.
Customer compliance management, relating to retailers.

About You- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in field of Centre Management, preferably as a Retail Manager.- Tertiary qualifications in business, property or finance.- Excellent computer skills in MS Office.- High level of commercial acumen and financial understanding.- Strong knowledge of Retail leases Act.- Experience with Yardi, JDE or MRI would be advantageous.
