The Company
Our client is a leading Real Estate Investment and Development firm with a vast portfolio locally and internationally.

They are currently embarking on a number of large scale premium Residential projects in QLD and are looking for the next member of their well-established team.

Gold Coast based.

The Role

This position will involve exposure to all aspects of the development process including feasibility studies, research, planning and approvals, design and construct and sales and marketing.

You will assist the Development Director with new business opportunities, running feasibilities and assisting with the due diligence process. Whilst also gaining exposure to construction delivery, marketing & sales of two of their existing projects.

You

The role is well suited to an existing mid-level Development Manager, or experienced ADM/Analyst looking to take a step up.

Degree qualified from Property Economics or have strong exposure to residential valuations.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 25 years experience postgrad working in residential property development.
The critical skill for this role is the ability to take direction, learn and grow with the business.
