Join the team at Cocktail Marketing - Leading Channel and Digital Marketing Agency, located near Horsley Park Western Sydney.

We're searching for an experienced Account Coordinator/Marketing Assistant to work full-time as an integral part of our team.

This individual will contribute to marketing programs while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with our client's company and goals.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives, and convey to clients accordingly.
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to clients.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with suppliers.
  • Prepare detailed briefs for the design, website and marketing coordination team.
  • Liaise with the digital team to communicate project statuses to clients.
  • Prepare WIP presentations for client meetings.
  • Plan and manage client meetings, online and inperson.
  • Research suitable promotional products and put together a catalogue of choices to present to clients.
  • Ordering print material and point of sale.
  • Labelling and assisting with packing and posting.
  • General administrative duties such as; preparing cost estimates and generating invoices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Past work experience in Account coordination in a marketing environment, or relevant roles
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content management, and social media marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in Google suite
  • Experience delivering clientfocused solutions
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, organisation, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop (Adobe Suite) advantageous but not essential
Located near the M5/M- own transportation is a must. Free parking is available.

$60, $75,000.00 per year
