You will be working for a Global Healthcare Company that have 3 brands across the ANZ region with multiple clinics and offices all over Australia and New Zealand.

This is a cutting-edge healthcare business, that prides itself on engaging with their new and existing loyal B2C customer base by all means available.


Based in North Sydney, you will report to the Managing Director, ANZ in a newly created role responsible for designing and auditing business processes & procedures to accelerate the company towards commercial and operational excellence with the objective of increasing productivity and maintaining current attrition rates in the business.


You will be a hands-on 'Jack-of-all-Trades' Business Improvement Specialist with solid experience in change management, project management and continuous improvement management ideally from the healthcare industry.

This is not a consulting role, nor will you have a team to delegate to, you need to want to be in a leadership role working on the business and affecting change and implementing new business processes & procedures all with the Managing Directors support.


Who we are looking for:


  • Relevant tertiary qualifications such as a Bachelors or Masters degree
  • Relevant qualifications/certifications in change, project and continuous business improvement with a solid understanding of Kaizen change management principles
  • Experience gained in a healthcare or clinical environment dealing with consumers as end user customers
  • At least 5 years' experience gained working in different aspects of B2C operational excellence in the following areas client journey, sales & marketing funnels, appointment management & call centre efficiencies, inventory management and finance efficiencies with at least 3 years' experience in a leadership role
  • Experience gained in using business processes to manage a CRM
  • Experience of managing high concentrations of admin related to various contracts with the aim of reducing or automating processes
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders across varying geographic time zones both internally and externally
  • Used to working in multiple geographic time zones and a global business that has a relatively small presence in the ANZ region
  • The ability to design and audit business processes & procedures to affect change in a nimble and fast paced environment
  • A willingness to travel around the ANZ region to get to know the business and its 3 different brands
