We are Looking for someone honest, reliable, clean and organized to produce high quality work. An eye for detail is a must.

This is not a dead end laboring job, if you work hard and show initiative, there is plenty of room for growth.

Every day will be different from going on to different construction sites to working at the yard.

We have a full week, every week of work available to the right person


Requirements:

• Construction White Card
• Current driver's license
• Experience in Epoxy coatings
• Strong understanding of surface preparation
• Strong team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
• Willing to travel occasionally
• Super reliable and trustworthy
• Able to do physical work for a full day
• Work by themselves
• Keep to deadlines
• Leadership and supervisor skills
• Great timekeeping and communication
• Be able to greet and speak with customers

What you'll be doing

• Mixing epoxy resin
• Diamond grinding concrete
• General onsite cleaning
• Installing epoxy coatings
• Epoxy Mortar Screeds and coving
• Flake Systems
• Curing and Sealing
• Concrete preparation, including grinding (single and threephase machinery (, sanding, scarification, pressure cleaning, floor levelling, remedial floor repairs
• Concrete patching and repairs and grouting
• Resin coating of concrete
• Decorative finishes preferred but not essential
• Floor Coatings
• Concrete floor sealing, epoxy flooring, concrete floor resurfacing, commercial kitchen flooring, concrete floor coating (Commercial only).
• Floor Safety
• Nonslip floor coatings, Safety flooring.
• Concrete polishing knowledge but not essential
• Assisting in loading and unloading of tools, equipment and materials to site
• Providing general tool & equipment maintenance and care
• Packing of Orders

- unloading of stock/containers

• Communication with other team members to ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner.
• Warehouse organization & maintenance
• Delivering of Orders to customers and good communication skills

- must be physically fit to pack materials when required
- fabrication of pallets.
- be able to use basic hand tools, circular saw, nail gun, battery drills.

• Concrete finishes/Concreting
• Trowelling skills
• Preventative maintenance and servicing on tools and machinery
• Workshop repairs and testing.
• Keeping records of identified problems, processes to undertake repairs and parts required

Ideally, we are looking for people that have experience in epoxy flooring. Experience in Industrial Painting and floor tilers will be considered
