The Role:

Our client is a family owned national Australian business who are industry leaders.

They are seeking an experienced Permanent Full Time Production Supervisor to join their site

based in the Grampians region.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Ensure the efficient running of production coordinating effectively with other supervisors
Plan and oversee team and shift activities
Effectively communicate production expectations to team leaders and team members and hold staff accountable for KPI's
Be responsible for managing and optimising the team
Ensure completion of production orders in a timely and cost effective manner

Your Background:

Experience leading a team and following safety procedures
Ability to effectively engage and build strong rapport with all stakeholders
A strong team player
