You will be working on a highly rated shopping centre and community hub with exciting new launches and management across retail, health & fitness, and food & beverage.

Reporting to a supportive and down to earth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the value of the centre through creating, implementing and managing strategic marketing initiatives which drive the centre's traffic, sales performance and market share.

Your daily duties will include:


  • Work in a team with a Regional and National Marketing Manager offering support and development, along with key shopper, contractor, & community relationships
  • Assist with development of marketing plans and budgets to drive traffic growth & turnover
  • Work with retail tenants to collaborate on marketing plans
  • Event activations and installations
  • Identify PR opportunities to offer delivery of brand aspiration & media awareness
  • Assist with social media planning and digital strategy
  • Curate social media content with assistance from the Digital Marketing specialist
  • Collaborate with the team to put a customer engagement strategy in place for the shopping centre
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • 2 + years' experience in a similar Marketing role
  • A personable and collaborative individual
  • Retail Property marketing experience beneficial
  • Qualifications in marketing, communications or similar desired
  • Experience and understanding of social media highly regarded
  • Team Player with strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Selfmotivated with positive attitude and attention to detail
  • Great time management skills and a "finisher"
