The firm has a dedicated team of construction lawyers and due to the quality of the work produced by their teams, their clients want them to now branch into performing more commercial and corporate advisory work on their behalf.

The day-to-day will be to offer a legal opinion on a broad array of matters and manage transactional work.

You will need:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial lawyer and be able to demonstrate working on behalf of large businesses.

The ability to present practical solutions to clients in an informative and succinct manner.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
