Direct Recruitment has provided highly successful recruitment services to the Geelong community for more than 20 years.

Due to an increase in demand for our services, we are looking for an experienced admin person to work regular hours, 3 days per week.


Core job responsibilities and capabilities include:


  • Timesheet collation & payroll functions (MYOB)
  • Database maintenance & updates
  • Recruitment support and resourcing

To be successful for this role you will be required to have the following:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of MYOB and finance administration systems.
  • Knowledge and experience with payroll processes & procedures.
  • Knowledge of Fair Work Australia and award requirement (ideal).
  • Reception experience (meeting and greeting clients, strong communication skills).

Based in Geelong West, this exciting role is working closely with the Administration Manger to work on timesheets, payroll, administration & recruitment support.

This is a very important and busy position that requires a talented individual capable of multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.

  • The successful person will have exceptional presentation and computer skills, outstanding phone manner and communication skills, have a thorough understanding of the payroll function and desire to learn the recruitment game.
