Home loans play a central part in millions of Australian's financial goals and aspirations.

Critical to having a successful Home Loans business the Home Loan Portfolio works hard to make great Home Loan experiences possible for our customers today, while innovating to delight them tomorrow.

The Well Managed Cluster is responsible for ensuring those experiences occur in a well governed and effective way and to ensure our processes and outcome align with the expectations we set with our customers.

This role is working within the Operational Excellence squad to help support its case managers in managing various events and projects underway to rectify issues impeding the products' intended operations.

As a Journey Expert, in the Operational Excellence squad you will be responsible for:
Helping embed tight workflow and project best practises in the squad
Working across various internal systems to align information pertaining to performance & timeline reporting.
Identifying opportunity and efficiencies in governance of the squad work and projects to deliver faster outcomes.

Working within the squad and with stakeholders to improve the transparency of work and risks related to the delivery of annual targets.

Influencing others to deploy project improvement opportunities.
Supporting case managers and senior squad members with small initiatives as required.

Ensuring Home Loan compliance events are managed in accordance with event reporting, management and governance guidelines, minimising customer impacts as soon as possible.
