The Role:


We are looking for an Administrator to schedule, manage and book monthly fire inspections and carry out other administrative tasks as required when directed.

Management of incoming phone calls and shared inbox. Opportunities for further career development exist as part of an industry-leading business. The role is to be based in the Silverwater or Warriewood office.

The option to work at home in a hybrid capacity where required to be considered after the 6-month probation is completed.


Responsibilities:


  • Responding to client queries.
  • Operate client portals to update and manage jobs.
  • Assist Fire Service Coordinator in handling scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching field technicians/testers to undertake service and repairs.
  • Assisting Service Coordinator, Operations Manager, and Account Manager in general administration tasks.
  • Liaise with and process subcontractor reporting and invoicing, raising WO/PO's for parts and services where required.

Skills and Experience:


ESSENTIAL
To be successful in the role, you will have

  • Previous experience in an administration role for a trades and services business.
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
  • Enjoy a fastpaced environment
  • Coordinate professionally with stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office programs

DESIRABLE

  • Experience in scheduling and planning
  • Service management systems training (simPRO and/or Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience in the Fire industry or similar
