An exciting and rare opportunity exists for a talented and highly motivated individual to join the Operations and Business Technology branch as ITSM Delivery Lead at the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

As the ITSM Delivery Lead you will provide an efficient and consistent support experience for our customers and agency stakeholders by establishing, operating and continuously improving our ITSM Processes.

DPC has recently set up Freshservice as its ITSM tool.

You will have the opportunity to develop ITSM cross functional processes across teams and to transition services into the Operations Service Catalogue to ensure end to end delivery of agency support needs.

You will also be engaged in operating some of these processes on a day-to-day basis as well as representing the Business Technology teams in project streams to ensure their successful delivery and transition to production.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience in digital releases and project management, including analysis, research, systems analysis, developing and coordinating projects and releases in an agile environment.
  • Proven experience in directly or indirectly managing business and technical staff and processes.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish working relationships and effectively convey ITSM processes to stakeholders.
  • Sound conceptual and analytical skills with a strong initiative to identify issues and collaboratively develop appropriate solutions to problems.
  • Sound ability in data reporting, analytics and ability to lead creation of reports, dashboards and metrics for ITSM reporting to executive management.
