This position will partner with the (other Subregion TMs in APAC and other regions) leadership teams to provide Talent Management strategy and actionable plans in pursuit of achieving and exceeding business goals.

Specifically, this role will be responsible for accelerating talent building at Kimberly Clark, by working closely with all levels of the organization to:


  • Ensure flawless execution of Global Talent COE initiatives in the assigned subregion, region / global function
  • Set and implement the short midterm learning, talent management, performance management that respond to regional / global functions specific needs in addition to the global strategic talent plan
  • Cocreate with other Talent Leads and global team, in learning, career and leadership development, employee experience, and culture to ensure that K-C Talent, in a disciplined way, results into growth and performance for the business
  • Promote simplification, alignment, and synergy across the matrix (regional, global functions) in order to deliver with speed and ensure a robust pipeline of capable and diverse talent
  • Continuously engage and activate great interactions and experiences for talent to grow and development
  • Contribute to shareholder value and customer experience through strategic investment in people. This role partners with and supports the HR Directors dedicated to assigned Subregion and in some cases for entire APAC region

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead talent management, culture and organization strategies and projects activation for the assigned Subregion and in some cases across the region / global function to support the business and people strategy and priorities.

This includes:

Performance Management, Career Development, GM Development Initiatives, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Talent Slating, Learning/Development, Change Management/Org Design, Workforce Planning, myVoice and implications for Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and Leadership Development.


  • Translate the global talent activation strategy into a Subregion/ Regional talent activation plan and provide talent solutions across the region consistent with a 7030 globallocal emphasis
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with the global and regional COEs, HR leaders, regional and local business leaders and regional talent leaders across the enterprise to understand key business objectives, priorities, and direction
  • Provide partnership to the senior HR leaders, HRBP and business executives
  • Socialize annual Talent Activation Plan and roadmap with key internal stakeholders to ensure collective leadership input and alignment for executive leadership approval
  • Provide operational and performance metrics of programs and services, monitoring and communicating the impact of offerings on key metrics within the Subregion and in alignment with BU OGISM, HR OGISM.
  • Own and Control Talent budget flawless execution for the subregion
  • Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends with accountability for establishing and driving People Strategy Dashboard metrics and recommending solutions to improve metric results across business unit.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in talent management, in a matrixed organization with multiple lines of business
  • Possess the ability to articulate and support the vision, and influence across teams over which that incumbent has no direct accountability
  • Ability to collaborate, influence and build relationships with all levels within the organization
  • Innovative and creative problem solver to explore new approaches to talent programs and metrics to measure of effectiveness of programs
  • Experience managing a budget
  • Strong project management and process management skills
  • Superior verbal, written, presentation, influence, and facilitation skills
  • Able to manage with ambiguity and autonomy.
