Your new role

The Health & Safety Business Partner will identify opportunities to reduce risk across the C&D asset portfolio using a pragmatic risk-based approach.

You will provide accurate and timely H&S reporting across the regional network, lead and support safety investigations, and provide coaching to enable the implementation programs and initiatives for continuous improvement related to the Cleanaway HS&E, Fleet and Asset Integrity Roadmap.

You will do this while also challenging the stats quo to enable improved performance and reduce risk to our teams, customers and communities.

Your skills and experience
***- Previous experience in blue-collar, high-risk industry environments

Solid understanding and experience in working in transport, resource recovery, reuse, waste management, treatment and recycling practices preferable.
Understanding of different investigations/learning methodologies aligned with "Safety Differently or Safety 2" concepts.
Experience in leading the development and implementation of HSE initiatives/risk reduction programs
