The Position
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Building Inspector to join our client's team in Sydney. The Inspector is fully responsible for pre-construction inspection and certification post inspections.

The Role

The role includes (but not limited to):

Carrying out pre-construction inspection of residential, commercial and civil projects.
Compile, review and submit documents required for certification post inspections
Communicate any serious reports findings with the team in a detailed immediately
Certificate IV in Building and Construiction
Experience in Structural Engineering or Construction (as a Builder)
Ability to communicate with staff at all organizational levels
Strong lateral thinking, problem solving and advanced analytical thinking skills
Willing to work in Brisbane location
