About the Role:


Our client, a specialist B2B loyalty company, is looking for a vibrant & empathetic representative that will provide phone-based support for their loyalty program partners & members.

This role will form a key part of the team that delivers high-end loyalty solutions for a wide range of industries in Australia & New Zealand.

Duties:


  • Answering inbound calls including customer inquiries, reward redemption, order processing etc
  • Making outbound calls to maintain customer relationships, advising customers of expiring points, order delays, dealing with other problems & queries
  • Assists the Sales & Marketing Teams on outbound calling project management, new Partner launches & promotions.
  • Phonebased Account Management of a selection of partners & customers providing program support
  • Communicate with product suppliers on pricing & stock availability.
  • Database management, updating client details on the system, logging calls, closing accounts

Skills and Experience:


  • 3+ years of experience in telephone customer service is essential
  • Experience in outbound calling with a focus on maintaining customer relationships & resolutions
  • Strong verbal & written communication, as well as relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Excellent time management skills, detailoriented, highly organized, deadline focused and good at problemsolving.
  • Empathetic to others, patient, lets others speak, and listens actively.
