Responsibilities:

Assisting with various tasks in the production warehouse, such as loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, and packaging finished products.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and meet deadlines.
Adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols, minimizing risks and promoting a culture of safety awareness.
Performing quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
Reporting any equipment malfunctions, accidents, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
Following instructions from supervisors and working in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and evenings, based on production needs.
Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate machinery or learn to use specialized equipment.
Commitment to safety protocols and the ability to identify and report potential hazards.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.
