We have an exciting opportunity for a Partner Relations Officer to join the Swinburne's Transnational Education (TNE) Partnerships team on an ongoing basis.


Reporting to the Associate Director, Transnational Education (TNE) Partner Relations, this role is primarily responsible for the coordination of key administrative processes necessary in the successful delivery of Swinburne's TNE Partnerships.

It is a key contact to ensure accurate communication on operational matters and to coordinate processes throughout the TNE student lifecycle.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of student enrolments and supporting the associated financial reporting and invoicing.

This role also provides advice on Swinburne operations and processes to administrators at partner locations and assists with ensuring compliance of approved marketing and communications plans.


About You

To be suitable for this role you will need to have skills and/or experience listed below:

  • High level verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively deal and liaise with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders in a professional and culturally sensitive manner.
  • Excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise workload in a busy/demanding environment and competing work tasks within tight timeframes.
  • Strong computer literacy with experience using a variety of software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and student management and/or admission databases
  • Second language speaking proficiency in Mandarin.

Qualifications
Completion of a relevant bachelor-level qualification or a combination of formal qualifications and relevant work experience.
