Our client is one of the largest and most comprehensive regional health services in Australia.

About The Role

As the HRIS Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting a HRIS project which involves the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.

This role works closely with the Senior Project Manager and one of the Directors within the business.

You will be responsible for supporting the endtoend implementation process, including system configuration (support phase), data migration, testing, and training.
You will be responsible for the development of project business/technical documentation including technical specification documents and documentation of problems / incidents
You will lead and manage technical changes required to ensure the successful delivery of configuration.

About you

You will have strong experience as a Systems Analyst with a HRIS background as well
Strong experience in supporting large scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations or similar HR technology projects
Proven experience with communicating and working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ideally government or health experience, however not essential

This role must be fully vaccinated for Covid -19 and influenza and meet the requirements of the clients immunisation policy.
