More about the Role:

Work closely with the therapy team to ensure the Individual Plan (IP) for each child within your classroom is being effectively implemented.
Your role will be to document progress, maintain records and manage the administration for your room.
You will be responsible for the daily operations of your classroom ensuring consistency in the delivery of the AEIOU program and also coordinate Early Invention Specialists (as assigned).
In collaboration with the therapy team, you will also provide support to families to share knowledge, skills and tools that will assist them with achieving therapy goals in the home.

About you:

You have completed an ACECQA approved Diploma qualification or equivalent.
You will have previous experience as a Room Leader in an early childhood setting (preferred)
You will have experience supervising and coaching staff to deliver required outcomes.
Hold a current first aid certificate (HLTAID004)
Have a current Paid Blue Card (or able to obtain before commencement)
Have your COVID19 Vaccination certificate (doubledosed) or have an approved Government exemption
NDIS Worker Screening Check required if your Blue Card was applied for or renewed
post 1 February 2021
