Responsibilities:

Coordinate project activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress, to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
Identify and assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Facilitate communication and ensure alignment among team members, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor project timelines and resource allocation, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to update stakeholders on project status and risk assessment.
Continuously improve project management processes and implement best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business administration).
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally in a fastpaced and complex environment.
Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Exceptional problemsolving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
