Compliance Manager - Holmit Construction GroupThe Role of Compliance Manager:
Compliance Manager ensures that Holmit Construction Group as a Business, Employees and Projects comply with all relevant statutory regulations and specifications.
This includes Health and Safety, Environmental, Legal and or Quality standards, as well as ethical policies that Holmit Construction Group have in place.
The Compliance Manager will ensure that adequate systems are in place to pro - actively identify, control and ensure that Holmit Construction Group will have all key and relevant pieces of legislation and regulation governing our operations pursuant to the Fair Work.

- Understanding of Legal standards relating to construction with a high level of familiarity with the regulatory framework in which the Constructions Industry is required to operate will be highly regarded
As the Compliance Manager, you will ensure that all our building projects comply with relevant legislation. Duties may include conducting routine site inspections and collecting evidence to prove compliance
The Following Duties Apply:
- Communicating with all Holmit Staff to ensure they are aware of their role/s in compliance.
- Carrying out detailed research and completing documentation and risk assessments
- Holding and attending Training Programmes for all Staff
- Liasing with external bodies to be aware of changing industry requirements
- Overseeing implementation and conducting internal inspections and communication with others
- Visiting sites to ensure agreed procedures are being implemented
- Carrying out reviews of processes and adapting plans based on feedback
- Maintaining records of compliance practises
- Filing documentation internally and with relevant bodies
- Producing training materials and sharing best practise through out all business units
- Working both on site and in an office
- Ensure all existing procedures relating to risk and compliance policy and procedure are accurately documented
- Develop detailed initiatives aimed at reducing or preventing organisational / site compliance risks
- Proactively identify, develop and manage the implementation of process improvements and service delivery enhancements

Salary:
From $75,000.00 per year
