Some Duties:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop creative concepts and solutions that align with client's brand objectives.
  • Execute and contribute to the development of design projects, including branding, identity, packaging, print collateral, and digital assets.
  • Conduct research and stay up to date with design trends and best practices to ensure continual growth
  • Ensure relevant designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity
  • Create visually stunning and engaging designs that resonate with target audiences.
  • Present and communicate design concepts effectively to clients and team members.
  • Participate in brainstorming & strategy sessions as well as contribute innovative ideas that feed the design process.

Requirements:


  • 4+ years of professional design experience in a branding or creative agency setting
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your creative and strategic design work, including branding and identity projects
  • Proficiency in industrystandard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), Figma
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate your design decisions
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography and colour theory
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment and take creative direction and constructive feedback
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
